Taylor Jay The MUA will only allow the customer being serviced to enter our location for scheduled appointments. On site, appointments will follow the same guidelines. Please do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment. If you do, they will not be permitted to be present for the appointment.

 


You may wear your protective mask if you will like as I will have a mask on as well for yours and my safety

 


If you feel you are sick getting sick or experiencing any flu like symptoms please reference the cancellation policy.

Makeup Artist’s obligation to provide services hereunder is subject to change and /or unavailability of the Artist as a result of sickness, accidents, acts of God and other reasons beyond the Makeup Artist’s control.



  1. Client agrees to notify Makeup Artist of any allergies he/she may have toward any cosmetics and or chemicals. Should a reaction occur, requiring medical attention or not it is agreed that the Makeup Artist is not legally liable or responsible for injury and /or ailment of any kind.


3. Client agrees to full use of photograph and/or photographs taken during or after makeup services provided to be used for: Makeup artist portfolio, promotional images, Social Media promotions ext


*We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

 
I DO UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ALL CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE A 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE NOTICE TO RECEIVE YOUR PARTIAL REFUND

Cash payments are accepted and If the client agrees to pay cash as a remaining balance the client the client agrees to be charged an inconvenience fee of $15
